We are able to produce sample cupcakes for weddings when the bride and groom are not entirely sure what they would like. This box was created for a couple who are holding a shabby chic style wedding but only knew their colour scheme. These cupcakes give the couple the chance to see what the final display will be like and puts their mind at ease that the cupcakes will match their theme. If you are planning your wedding and would like more information on a sampler box or to discuss your reqirements, please get in touch. |

Bake Me - Im Yours took part in the Iron Cupcake competition in Leeds. The theme for this competition was Summer Fruits. There was a high level of competition at the event with some wonderful looking (and tasting) cupcakes but I came first prize with my Rasberry Fizz entry. This was a champagne, raspberry and white chocolate cupcake, topped with a coconut caramel dulce de leche and vanilla bean buttercream. The decoration was a raspberry and chocolate cup. So it's now official - Bake Me Im Yours is an award winning baker! |

It was recently my mother's 60th birthday, so for this special occasion I created a top tier cake and cupcakes adorned with roses and frangipani flowers. The cupcakes were double chocolate and limoncello with white chocolate while the top tier cakes were chocolate and vanilla. We had to sing happy birthday quickly before all the cupcakes went. They were enjoyed by all, even the firemen (but thats a completely different story!) |

These cupcakes were a selection of cupcakes that I made for a wedding. The colour scheme was pink, burgundy and pale blue so I kept the design simple with roses and ivy leaves placed on top of rich chocolate buttercream and fondant covered lemon buttercream that were embossed with a lace design. I was really pleased with the colours of the rose icing that was achieved with all natural colourings. The colours matched perfectly with the wedding colour scheme and the burgundy was exact to the bridesmaid's dresses.

I was contacted by a customer who were planning their wedding. They were looking for a top tier cake and 30 cupcakes for their intimate day. The colour scheme was white with roses on the cakes. I made sugar roses that topped the blueberry and lemon cupcakes, while the top tier cake was adorned by a beautiful posy of fresh flowers from their florist. Even though this was a very simple colour scheme, the overall effect was extremely effective and one of my most favourite displays. I received an email from the couple to say they thought the cakes were amazing and that they would highly recommend me to their friends. |

These are a selection of cupcakes that I made for my monthly Farmers Market in Alderley Edge (2nd Sunday in each month). Flavours shown are Innocent (Vanilla), Ruby Slippers (Strawberry) and Mint Condition (Chocolate & Mint). I always try to produce different flavours every month, along with the favourites so that new an regular customers can try something a little different - such as Pear & Blackcurrant and Creme Brulee. Why not come along one Sunday if you're in the area and try some for yourselves. Hope to see you there. |

These cupcakes and top tier cake were designed for a wedding. The customer wanted the cakes to look random and wanted a mixture of flowers, animals, stars, hearts and roses. The colour scheme, which tied in with the couple's invitations, was a mixture of reds, golds and browns. The top tier cake was decorated with heather, thistles and sage. I also created coloured wrappers from hand made paper that complimented the colour scheme. The couple were extremely pleased with their cakes and told me they had combined the cakes into the day by letting the children come up and pick a cake of their choice. |

These cupcakes were created for a lady whose mother was turning 60. The only brief the lady gave me was that her mother 'liked sheep' so I created these cupcakes along with a 2 tier cake. The cakes were chocolate sponge topped with luxury vanilla buttercream. I just love how each of the sheep seem to have their own expressions. The customer was delighted with the results and her mother loved the cakes |

These cute little dog's were made for a teenager's birthday. She requested Juicy Couture dogs which was a challenge in itself, initially finding out what a Juicy Couture dog actually was! Each cute puppy was hand crafted with a little pink jacket, each having the Juicy Couture logo on the back (all edible of course). The cupcakes were a mixture of vanilla and chocolate with chocolate and strawberry buttercream topping. The customer contacted me for more dogs as they had been a complete hit with her daughter and friends, so I made another 20 which I put into individual boxes for her to give out at school to friends. |

This tower of cupcakes and top tier cake was created for a little boy's christening. All of the cupcakes were a vanilla sponge with a creamy vanilla buttercream topping. I created 50 miniature teddies, each with their own little character, that topped the cupcakes, along with cutout blue and white teddies. The top tier cake was a strawberry sponge cake and I carried the theme of the teddies with a fondant 'Big Ted' topper which was made from fondant icing. The customer was thrilled with the results and her husband - who normally doesn't eat cake - had 3 cupcakes! |
